WHAT WE DO
UC Women of Ortho supports an open dialogue of ways to support and improve upon leadership training for women who pursue a career in orthopedic care. Every year, we host a one-day leadership summit at one of our UC campuses.
The 2023 summit was held September 9 at the UCSF Mission Bay Campus in San Francisco, California. The event was attended by 65 physicians, fellows and residents from UC orthopedic departments and select northern California practices.
The 2024 summit was held September 14 at UC San Diego in La Jolla, California. The event was open to attendance by physicians, fellows and residents from the five UC orthopedic departments and affiliated northern and southern California practices.
UC Davis will host the next UC Women of Ortho conference in the fall of 2025. Please stay tuned for more information.
