About Dr. Masuda
Dr. Masuda is a Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. His research is focused on Intervertebral Disc Degeneration, Chondrocytes, Cartilage, and Tissue Engineering. His work reveals mechanisms of Joint and Spinal Diseases, Degenerative Disc Diseases, and Osteoarthritis. His team develops new therapeutic approaches and trains fellows and students to develop critical scientific thinking, project management skills and surgical skills.
